Designed to delight. Built to perform.

We are passionate about aviation and everything connected to it. We aim to be different and to do things differently - lean, informal, inspiring, innovative, and ethical. We aim to create products that are delightful to use and deliver services that feel like an experience, not a transaction. We share success as a team, and we support each other through the hard work that leads to it. We believe in the strength of collaboration, in strong values, and in finding joy and purpose in every task we take on.

AIXM Software Development Kit

The same building blocks that power our applications, licensed for your own systems. Use a single library to read AIXM data, embed viewing and map components, or build complete origination tools. The layers below show how the kit fits together; each one can be licensed on its own or combined into a complete solution. Contact us for licensing options.

Annea Founders

We are the 7 founders of Annea. Our story begins long before this company did. First, we were 7 colleagues and friends. For years, we worked side-by-side, sharing challenges and celebrating victories as we jointly led a company branch of a major corporation.

While Annea is new, our expertise is deeply established. We are launching this venture with a powerful foundation of collective, hands-on experience. Our founders' combined track record includes over 150 man-years in AIM product development, more than 20 international AIM implementation projects across 5 continents, and experience of scaling and managing a team from 4 to 200.

IT is not only about technology but equally about people. For 15 years, I’ve been connecting these two worlds and creating environments where both can grow together. My passion lies in mindset topics, particularly in transforming company culture, especially during periods of dynamic growth. I have served as a partner to IT leaders in leadership and people development, helping them unlock their team’s potential. I believe that an environment where people enjoy coming to work and feel motivated to grow can drive real business success.

With a deep respect for safety as the most important value in aviation, I believe our industry is lagging behind in leveraging available technologies and engineering principles. Traditionally, aviation systems are extremely expensive and overly complex, but I believe it doesn’t have to be that way. Modern technologies allow us to create simpler, more affordable, and even safer solutions. That’s why I’m here - to help drive that change.

I’m an agile-minded problem solver who loves bringing people together and making work feel effortless, human, and fun. I help teams find their rhythm, simplify the chaos, and create an environment where collaboration flows naturally and laughter is part of the process. I’m passionate about meaningful conversations, good energy, and building ways of working that actually help rather than get in the way. Outside work, you’ll usually find me on a hiking trail, exploring new places in my campervan, or just enjoying time with people who inspire me.
